Multi-channel notifications with templates and a delivery journal
PNeX notifies humans the way the rest of the product works: channels, templates and a full journal of deliveries, all org-scoped.

- webhook — generic POST that covers ntfy, Gotify, Telegram bots, home automation

Templates
Templates are minijinja documents resolved at flow deploy time. Triggers are strictly boolean — the save is refused if a trigger is missing, and the runtime refuses to build a notification node without an armed trigger. Windowed anti-spam gates bursts.
Deliveries journal
Every delivery is journaled with retries, and a test endpoint lets you fire a draft to the live channel before wiring it into a flow.
